Generator
The Generator is the heart of every ultrasonic device. The new NUCLEUS NuSonic Technologie opens the door to an entirely new application
spectrum.
The NuSonic is the wold’s first broadband generator and operates within the full frequency range (17kHz to 70kHz). Furthermore, it is suited for any power supply system (90V-280V – 50/60 Hz) due to its far range power supply.
NUCLEUS GenConfigTool
With the NUCLEUS NuSonic Tool all generators can be configurated and analysed with unique convenience. The core component of the software, which is available for all common operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS), is its real-time chart which displays all relevant measured values at highest resolution. This allows an outstanding quality control and simplifies the tuning during the process significantly.

MultiHead-Sync
The new NUCLEUS MultiHead-Sync makes it possible to synchronise several generators with highest precision. This enables the use of a multi-converter-system in which one sonotrode gets stimulated by multiple conveters.
Analysation
All NUCLEUS generators are standardly equipped with an analysis network port. Therewith all data can be evaluated simultaneously with the bus operation.
Connectivity
Various analogue and digital IO-ports are standard equipment. They assure an easy and permanent comparison between target values and actual values.
Everything under control
All NUCLEUS generators are equipped with a full-colour OLED screen displaying all important information clearly at one glance.
Modern interfaces
All NUCLEUS generators are optionally available with PROFINET, Ethernet TCP/UDP, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and Modbus UDP interfaces. The preferred bus interface can be activated via NUCLEUS NuSonic-Tool conveniently, without requiring any additional modules.
Legacy-Connections
Additional to the modern ethernet-based interfaces, NUCLEUS DG1 Generators can be connected via classic interfaces with optional modules.
This includes: RS232, RS485, Profibus, CAN-Bus (CanOpen)
