Through our local production, we can offer products that are planned, developed and realized by highly qualified employees in Germany. Hand in hand, we work together to satisfy our customers. Marc TschechManaging Director & Lead Developer
With Marc Tschech, NUCLEUS GmbH stands for the further development of ultrasound technology. Through his mechanical engineering studies, Marc acquired important fundamentals to participate in the family business. With his additional specialization in software development and programming, he manages to combine traditional mechanical engineering with state-of-the-art technology. Since November 2016, he has taken over the management of NUCLEUS GmbH.
Nadine Tschech Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing.Head of Project Management
Nadine has been part of the Nucleus team since 2019 and brings a wealth of expertise that she gained through her experience as a project manager at renowned companies in the automotive industry. In her current position, she is responsible for leading projects and supporting the management. Nadine is distinguished not only by her solid professional knowledge, but also by her ability to manage complex projects effectively. Her experience as a project manager in the automotive industry enables her to make a valuable contribution to the successful implementation of projects at Nucleus.
Leonard Alers B.Sc.Project Manager
Leonard began his work at Nucleus in 2018 as a working student and has continuously developed since then. With a solid foundation from his practical training and his studies in industrial engineering, he has acquired extensive expertise. In his current position as a project manager at Nucleus, Leonard helps plan and implement projects successfully, contributing his in-depth knowledge and experience. His contribution to the team lies in the efficient coordination and support of various projects.
Mario BrauckmannInternational Sales Manager for Continuous Welding
As a classic career changer in mechanical engineering, we were able to bring Mario on board at the end of 2023. Across various industries, he brings more than 15 years of experience in (solution) sales, primarily in key account management. With his strong technical affinity and his commitment to working with customers and their individual needs, Mario helps us establish ourselves as a partner in the field of ultrasonic welding. Mario is responsible for the sales of our machines for continuous welding.
Oliver JungSupport Manager
Oliver has enriched the Nucleus team as a Support Manager since 2021. He acquired his extensive expertise through his experience in technical sales. In his current position, he is responsible for customer support and the handling of after-sales services. Oliver is distinguished not only by his deep knowledge in electrical engineering, but also by his commitment to excellent customer service. Through his experience in technical sales, he brings valuable insights into customer needs and helps ensure that Nucleus continues to provide first-class support and outstanding after-sales service.
Anna Stirken B.Sc.Samples & Application Manager
Anna has been part of our team since 2023. During her studies in apparel technology, she initially supported us as an intern and later as a working student. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she became a permanent member of the company in 2025 and now works in the Samples & Applications department. As a trained bespoke tailor, Anna brings extensive experience in working with and processing various materials. With her practical approach and technical expertise, she supports the team in creating samples that provide precise, tailored solutions for our customers.
Alexandra HulsReceptionist | Logistics and Order Manager
Alexandra has been with the company since March 2019. Her responsibilities include organizing and managing the reception area, handling logistical processes, coordinating shipping activities, and managing order processing. Alexandra brings around 30 years of professional experience in the hotel industry, which she incorporates into her work—particularly in reception and customer communication. She serves as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Thanks to her many years in the service sector, she contributes extensive organizational knowledge and routine in managing a wide range of administrative tasks. Her role includes ensuring smooth operations in all of these areas.
