Design diversity
A broad range of different seams can realised through the use of individualized anvil wheel embossing.
No scrubbing
A particularly comfortable fit is guaranteed – super flat, no pressure and scrubbing seams are reality. Long durability material connection is guaranteed, while the seam remains as elastic as the fabric.
Elastic Overlap Seams
Through innovative material connection the seams are not perceptible on the transverse and longitudinal elastic.
Seamless
Ultra-flat release seams can be covered in a second step by a tape to increase the durability. The seam is still not perceptible and dense on the skin.
Dense lap seams
In the field of protective suits work a 10 mm overlap seam fits best. This seam is durable and tightly welded in one process step.
Shape
The stability of our welds connection provides sufficient resistance to strong traction which makes them the perfect solution for shapely underwear like corsets, bodices, bras or panties. In addition, NUCLEUS offers a wide selection of anvil wheels, enabling exceptional designs in the seam itself.
Swimwear
Through this selective material union flat, skin-friendly and not noticeable elastic overlap seams can be produced. This seam which is flexible as the fabric itself. NUCLEUS welding technology offers no scrubbing, no pressure and comfortable to wear seams with a long durability.
Ready-to-wear
Not only sports fashion gains advantages over traditional processing through ultrasonic welding, also evening attire or luxury products can benefit form this new technology. Through our special designed wheels we can offer elegant, stylish and flattering alternatives for your product design. Both fine and robust materials can be perfectly and easily welded. At least a minimum of 60% synthetic fibre must be included for a significant welding result.
