We have more than 40 years experience in welding technology. Starting with the welding production of personal protective equipment, today we are in high-tech engineering and software development for ultrasonic welding for a wide range of different applications.
Our machines offer considerable advantages in many applications, for example through the roll seam method – also individual designed special machines are part of our product portfolio! Our entry-level model
With the introduction of the new Rotosonic DX1, NUCLEUS presents the new ECOLine at the same time, thus enabling a cost-effective introduction to continuous ultrasonic welding.
Benefit from the highly optimized hardware of the Rotosonic DX1 and the unique NUCLEUS ultrasonic components, because the modular concept allows the ECOLine to share the same platform and thus always guarantees the highest quality.
The new digital contact pressure unit and the machine frame optimized by FEM analysis guarantee highest precision and a constant, reproducible contact pressure – naturally without compressed air.
The newly developed NUCLEUS EcoTouch software with 7″ Multi-Touch display makes operation even easier and faster.
