Founded in 1976 by Dr. Ing. Florian Czech NUCLEUS looks back on more than 40 years experience in welding technology. Starting with the welding production of personal protective equipment, we are today producing high-tech engineering and software development for ultrasonic welding with a wide range of different applications.
With our headquarter in Dusseldorf, Germany and managing director Marc Tschech we are already in the second generation of a family enterprise and right in the middle of the future of ultrasonic welding technology. With more than twenty-five qualified and trained employees we are there for you with your knowledge and experience at any time. We deliver service and products made and engineered in Germany.

Our special machines have the exclusive feature of processing very narrow tubular goods. Camera-controlled edge tracking enables precise welds parallel to the edge of the material, this allows a wide range of different contours.

Ultrasonic welding is based on the combination of thermoplastic materials whose molecules are subjected to high frequency ultrasonic vibrations. The heated material unites after cooling to a resistant weld seam.
