Application
The NUCLEUS MiniTube Enables precise and efficient production of small filter tubes thanks to its compact, fully automated design:
a) Uniform unwinding and precise material guidance via integrated folding and guidance units
b) Clean and stable seam connections thanks to a precise welding unit
c) Continuous material transport using powerful puller units
d) Stable process flow thanks to integrated material buffering
e) Precise cutting of filter tubes to desired lengths
The machine processes filter tubes with diameters of 3 to 60 mm at a maximum welding speed of up to 24,3 m/min.
It can be integrated into existing production lines or operated independently. Naturally, the MiniTube features modern remote maintenance options and numerous Industry 4.0 functions for reliable and transparent filter production.
