Since its market launch in 2016, we have kept developing the ROTOSONIC DX1. With model year 2027 it gets a new revision – with three new features that every machine has from the factory.
New control from our own development
The DX1 now runs on our own control computer with our own Linux-based operating system. More computing power makes operation smooth and leaves room for new functions.
Wi-Fi as standard
Every machine comes with Wi-Fi from the factory at no extra cost.
Basic cloud functions included
Basic cloud functions such as the online anvil wheel database are included free of charge. If you need more – statistics, run times and central job management – you get these functions with the Cloud-Access software option.
For the whole DX1 family
The new revision applies to all rotary ultrasonic welding machines of the DX1 family, including the free-arm versions and the ECO-LINE. You will find all details on the ROTOSONIC DX1 page.
