Heated blanket production
The double-table machine produces heated blankets fully automatically. An industrial robot loads both machine tables alternately. On the tables the heating wires are laid, the material layers are welded ultrasonically and holes are punched – until the finished blanket is stacked.

Application
Heated blankets consist of several layers with the heating wires between them. The double-table machine carries out every step fully automatically:
- Punching holes for the cable feed-through
- Laying the cable in any pattern
- Joining the cable ends
- Cutting the wire
- Welding several material layers ultrasonically
- Punching through-holes for screws ultrasonically
- Stacking the finished blankets automatically
An industrial robot loads both machine tables alternately, so one table is being processed while the other is loaded and unloaded.
