We have more than 40 years experience in welding technology. Starting with the welding production of personal protective equipment, today we are in high-tech engineering and software development for ultrasonic welding for a wide range of different applications.

An individual all-rounder
With currently four machine versions, the NUCLEUS Rotosonic DX1 presents itself as an individual all-rounder. Simple retooling and unique free-range diversity ensure maximum flexibility in all areas of application. Flat-layed goods, three-dimensional structures, hard-to-reach small parts, closing or closed mouldings – an optimal free arm is available for every application.
Type 2
Tube 80+
For the production of tubes or sleeves from diameter of more than 80 mm with engine driven anvil-wheel.

Tube 50+
Complex, round-milled Free arm for the production of tubes or sleeves from a diameter of more than 50 mm with engine driven anvil-wheel

Mini Tube
Special arm for tubes with a diameter of more than 8 mm. An automatic cutting device is also available.
