We have more than 40 years experience in welding technology. Starting with the welding production of personal protective equipment, today we are in high-tech engineering and software development for ultrasonic welding for a wide range of different applications.
Our machines offer considerable advantages in many applications, for example through the roll seam method – also individual designed special machines are part of our product portfolio! An individual all-rounder
With currently four machine versions, the NUCLEUS Rotosonic DX1 presents itself as an individual all-rounder. Simple retooling and unique free-range diversity ensure maximum flexibility in all areas of application. Flat-layed goods, three-dimensional structures, hard-to-reach small parts, closing or closed mouldings – an optimal free arm is available for every application.
Type 1
Downward-arm
This downward-arm version is ideal for welding the longitudinal seam of a sleeve or tube of any length.
Pillar (angulated)
Particularly well suited for welding three-dimensional shapes, such as hoods, caps, bags etc.
Pillar (straight)
Is used to weld a seam or hear at the end of sleeves or tubes. In addition, it is particularly suited for welding bottoms in tubes and containers, as well as for welding annular seams or hoses.
