Adaptive filter tube machine
In addition to our basic machines, we offer various special machines that are designed precisely to meet the needs of our customers. The development of fully and semi-automatic machine solutions is our particular strength. In addition to the manual ROTOSONIC standard machines, our development and design team will develop machine solutions that meet your requirements.
Application
The NUCLEUS Tube Machine Its modular design provides a uniform solution for numerous tasks in the manufacture of filter tubes:
a) Unwinding of material rolls up to 800 mm wide
b) Manufacture of filter tubes using rotary roll seam welding
c) Optional: Tube production with overlap seam and prior edge trimming
d) Optional: Tube production with additional separating seam
e) Cutting the filter tubes to the desired length using guillotine shears or, optionally, laser cutting
The automatic tube machine allows flexible adaptation to different production requirements and seam variants. The material is guided precisely, with a standard distance of 30 mm between the slats (48 mm for movable slatted frames).
Both integration into existing production lines and stand-alone operation are possible. Of course, the tube machine also comes with modern remote maintenance functions and numerous Industry 4.0 options for transparent and efficient filter media production.
