Tube production with camera guided edge tracking
NUCLEUS developed an elaborate solution for production of conical tubes. The welding unit is moved by linear engine as it is controlled via camera systems which guide it along the materials edge. The result is a precise welding seam parallel to the edge of the material and applicable to any contour.
