In addition to our basic machines, we offer various special machines that are designed precisely to meet the needs of our customers. The development of fully and semi-automatic machine solutions is our particular strength. In addition to the manual ROTOSONIC standard machines, our development and design team will develop machine solutions that meet your requirements.
Application
The NUCLEUS PanelMaster DX1 and it’s modular design enables a uniform solution for numerous tasks in the processing of quilted goods:
a) Trim and seal edges (lengthwise and crosswise) using ultrasound
b) Edges with additional decorative stitching or imitation stitching
c) Any number of straight or patterned longitudinal seams
d) Label application (direct heat sealing)
e) Conventional knives for cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting for processing non-synthetic materials.
Integration and interaction with stepping machines and stackers is possible, as is autonomous operation for the manufacture of fully welded products.
Of course, all Panelmaster DX1 machines come with remote maintenance functions and numerous Industry 4.0 options.
